Are you interested in information science? Are you currently enrolled part-time or full-time as an RU graduate student?  Think about becoming a member of RUasis&t!! We are the Rutgers University student chapter of the American Society for Information Science & Technology.

As members of RUasis&t, we will promote the advancement of information science within academic curricula, and provide liaison between the academic community and local organizations, agencies, firms, or groups. Membership in RUasis&t is FREE! and it makes you eligible for membership in ASIS&T and NJ-ASIST for the low, low price of $40 (a $100 discount off the "regular" dues).

If you would like to be an RUasis&t member, send an e-mail with your name and preferred e-mail address to ruasis@scils.rutgers.edu.  When we receive your e-mail, we will send you information about how to register for our discussion forum on the NJ-ASIS&T bulletin board.

Please note:  membership is available to all graduate students, whether you are enrolled online or on campus.  As a graduate student organization, as long as the majority of our members are graduate students, we are also permitted to have undergraduate members.
